How We Work

We pride ourselves in excellent communication both before, in the quotation and planning stages, and throughout the building work being carried out. See below the process we follow to make your dream project a reality and the guarantees we offer on all of our work to give you peace of mind .

Once you've decided on your project, contact us by phone (01704 633123) or via our Contact Form and we will arrange a visit to your home at a time and day that suits you:

1. Initial no obligation visit

Contact us to arrange a visit to your home, where will discuss your project, look through any plans you may have and take any measurements required.

2. Your quotation

Next, we'll send you a detailed quotation of your project, which will include all materials (supplied and fitted), waste disposal, any access equipment needed and all labour costs. If you've asked for potential options for your project, we'll provide you with those now for you to compare.

3. Work Agreement

If you decide you wish to go ahead with your quotation, we will book your agreed start date in and provide you with a Work Agreement. This is a document detailing each stage of the work, as well as payment details, so you know where we're up to at every stage.

4. Work begins

We'll begin work and keep you informed of every stage of the project and each milestone we've reached. We also take photos as we go along to keep you fully up to date. Once your project is complete, we do a final clean up and take you around the work we've done to check you're completely happy.

All of our work is fully guaranteed for peace of mind. We provide all of our customers with our own JBS Home Improvements 25 year guarantee. As registered FreeFoam Installers, any UPVC work, including all roofline, fascias, soffits and gutters, is also covered by our Freefoam 50 year guarantee.
